This is a starting-point policy for a pre-launch product and isn't legal advice — have it reviewed before you rely on it.

What we collect

• Waitlist email — if you ask to be notified, we store your email address.
• Account details — if you create an account, your name and email, plus a securely hashed password.
• Learning activity — which lessons you've started or completed, and your streak, so we can show your progress.
• Basic usage data — anonymous analytics and error reports that help us fix problems and improve the product.

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments (when added) are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

• To run the platform — sign you in, track your progress, and deliver lessons.
• To email you about your account and, if you opted in, when lessons go live.
• To understand what's working and improve the experience.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run just vibe, including:

• Vercel — hosting.
• Neon — database.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Mux — video hosting and playback.
• Analytics & error monitoring — to keep the site healthy.

We don't sell your personal data, full stop.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
